Jeff was an outstanding speaker and chairperson for Infonex’s Human Resources Management for Indigenous Communities conference, playing a key role in the success of the conference. He was creative, engaging, knowledgeable and energetic. He went above and beyond to ensure the event was interactive and that the attendees were learning from each other. Jeff’s presentation on leadership was informative and articulate, as he touched on the concepts of envisioning organizational design, understanding emerging leadership trends, leadership's impact in a workplace, defining and creating culture through leadership, and creating a personal leadership improvement plan. The relevance of information, and how Jeff incorporated an Indigenous worldview into the conference, was remarkable. Clearly very knowledgeable and charismatic, Jeff brought immense value to the conference and we would be lucky to have him back again.

Man is a social Being and on the surface it seems that great things have occurred because of this. But fundamentally living as social beings is problematic. We seem not to have mastered the ability to live and work with mutual respect and to accord all equal consideration. Using the concept of Ki, over 5 days this programme explored several of the core elements of our interactions with each other, from where we fit into and impact the world, to how we relate to each other individually and as groups, and to how we can contribute to inclusivity and social wellbeing in our communities. I thoroughly enjoyed this course and look forward to a continued dialogue with the great people that I met and engaged with.

The Work Place Ki presentation brought together 5 incredible speakers, each a subject matter expert in their fields of Leadership, HR, Health & Safety and Academia to discuss the presence, distribution, flow and harvesting of workplace Energy or KI. The skilled and practiced presenters explored current and emerging topics relating to workplace systems, relationships and leadership. These presentations facilitated lengthy discussions and many impactful contributions from a diverse group of participants, each of whom industry leaders in their own right. Jeff Robert is a thoughtful presenter with a keen sense of his audience. The energy Jeff Robert exudes when teaching the Work Place KI model engages the listener to pay attention. The KI model explores relationships and business dynamics as transactions, a give-and-take of energy, that either promote of reduce engagement, motivation and care. This course is useful for leaders who looking to connect and motivate.
