     Jeff Robert is the Owner of Workplace Ki and a proud member of Bingwi Neyaashi Anishinaabek with strong family ties to Fort William First Nation. He helps governments, First Nation organizations, and private-sector partners strengthen governance, align strategy, and build healthy, high-performing teams by blending traditional knowledge with modern organizational practice. Guided by the values of respect, transparency, patience, kindness, and collaboration, Jeff’s relational leadership approach fosters trust, clarity, and sustainable results.
     Over the past decade, he has designed and delivered workshops and advisory engagements across Canada, both in person and virtual, for rooms of 5 to 500 participants. His work focuses on culture, leadership, policy, and practical systems that improve accountability and program delivery.
     Jeff holds a BA in Sociology, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, and is completing an Executive MBA. He gives back to the local community through volunteering with youth sport and serves on various Board of Directors.

 Man is a social Being and on the surface it seems that great things have occurred because of this. But fundamentally living as social beings is problematic. We seem not to have mastered the ability to live and work with mutual respect and to accord all equal consideration. Using the concept of Ki, over 5 days this programme explored several of the core elements of our interactions with each other, from where we fit into and impact the world, to how we relate to each other individually and as groups, and to how we can contribute to inclusivity and social wellbeing in our communities.  The Work Place Ki presentation brought together 5 incredible speakers, each a subject matter expert in their fields of Leadership, HR, Health & Safety and Academia to discuss the presence, distribution, flow and harvesting of workplace Energy or KI. The skilled and practiced presenters explored current and emerging topics relating to workplace systems, relationships and leadership. These presentations facilitated lengthy discussions and many impactful contributions from a diverse group of participants, each of whom industry leaders in their own right. Jeff Robert is a thoughtful presenter with a keen sense of his audience. The energy Jeff Robert exudes when teaching the Work Place KI model engages the listener to pay attention. The KI model explores relationships and business dynamics as transactions, a give-and-take of energy, that either promote of reduce engagement, motivation and care.
